01. The order

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email? 

Please check your junk folder to ensure that your order confirmation has not ended up in there. If you are still unable to locate this one, please contact us to ensure your order has been processed successfully.  

Can I cancel the order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund.  

I made a mistake entering my address, can this be amended?

Please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@reveuse.lk and include your order number with the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it before it ships. If the order has been shipped already, you will need to contact us immediately effort

02. Shipment

Order delays during sales/launches

We ship Monday – Friday, excluding  public and mercantile holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales , processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team work overtime during these periods to make sure you get your comfy Joggers. as soon as possible. What shipping methods do you have?

We offer Professional Courier Partners  & Standard shipping for all Sri Lankan customers islandwide with 2-6 Working days.All International orders are shipped with DHL or SL POST EMS SERVICE.  

International Duties and Taxes

Orders outside of Sri Lanka  are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, allowing customers to pay for additional duties & taxes at checkout. DDP is calculated using delivery location and the value of the order. DDP is added to the cost of your order at checkout, however Reveuse.lk. has no control over any additional duties & taxes upon import. Please note, Reveuse.lk. cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

03. Others

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

Can I edit/change my order?

As all orders are processed automatically and sent straight to our warehouse for dispatch, any changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make any amendments to your order.

Am I able to make an international return?

International returns can be facilitated through our portal however international customers are required to cover their return postage. Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns. We do not currently offer international exchanges.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
