Shipping & Exchange Policy

We guarantee to exchange any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by registered post or professional courier services within 14 days of receipt. Purchases can only be returned by registered post and local courier companies. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Reveuse.Lk will accept , items are in resell able new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on , night shorts underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or pierced jewelry or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the reveuse.Lk tags intact and with the dispatch note you received enclosed.

You can return an items within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges applicable for Exchange. (Pickup & Reattempt Delivery)

The exchange will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Online exchanges are not available for sale , discounted and promotional items.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

No refunds. Refunds are only available for defective garments mistakenly sent by us. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
